Undermining

Any attempts to hack, null, ware, or fraud the ZamFoo software or the ZamFoo.Com
website will result in immediate termination any and all valid and active license and all potential refund opportunities.
Disclaimer

ZamFoo is not responsible for any loss of hosting clients, data loss, loss of clients resulting from malfunctioning software, or malfunctioning software due to problems related to your server or said servers installation. ZamFoo reserves the right to suspend, terminate or any other verbal derivation there of, any clients usage of the zamfoo software. ZamFoo reserves the right to elminate any products, paid or trial from its software suite at any time without prior notification. ZamFoo reserves any rights it may have that may not be mentioned here meaning ZamFoo reserves all rights above any other rights that normally are or may appear to be infringing or of higher order.
Support

All clients making rude and derogatory remarks to a support agent will have their license suspended. Support will be provided in as timely fashion as humanly possible. ZamFoo.com makes absolutely no promises about response times except that we will fix your problem or provide you with a refund.
Refunds
-------------
Refunds will be given per the ZamFoo.com Refund Policy(30 day money back if problems are not resolved) and shall be forefront to any third party payment gateway system such as Paypal, 2checkout or Google Checkout. Any attempt to perform a charge back will result in the permanant loss of all future right to purchase any ZamFoo.com software license. Records from banned clients are kept on a domain, ip and payment data to ensure that banned clients are no longer allowed to use our software.
