Help me suspended lisence

here my lisence :
FULL with BRANDING - ZamFoo? Reseller WHM Plugin Script License
Suspended key: Monthly-4ff4ae461a3d
i order yesterday and when i entering to my server i get suspenden lisence

when i click Z amFoo: Root Reseller, it is show :
::Your License is Suspended
Scenarios for Suspended License:
1) Payment Failure
2) Refund Requested but not yet processed
If you feel that this error is invalid, please contact the software vendor.

Chat Support::
i have been send email 2 times but no replay from support and when i chat, on YM, theres is no respond

please help me what i must to do

hi,

we saw you submitted a support request via form but did not include any response email so there was no way for us to get back to you.

additionally, support is just as good as it has always been. unfortunately it is not possible for us to be on messenger at all times of the day.
if you are used to getting help this way and you do not see us online via messenger you should contact us in one of our other 4 or 5 support methods
which include a phone number to call for support....which whmphp does not have.

additionally, keep posts about competition off of our forums or we will have to block you from using it(
especially when your post is one sentance long, about how others like their software, with no meaningful reason to post that comment in our support forums,
no real question to answer and posting it to some random thread that has nothing to do with having trouble getting support.

hi,

this is what happens when you cancel your subscriptions and license keys and sign up for more keys and have two or more keys associated with the same server accross multiple accounts and email addresses. in the future, having just one account and making sure just one license key is tied to just one server will greatly reduce any problems you experience.

i have send email to support three times
send chat via Yahoo mesengger
and the last oi try call on zamfoo but the phone cell is offline.

i try order lisence again and pay again but i get same condition
still suspended and my lisence can not be use now
2 lisence on 2 day..
