            <title>Master Reseller Problems</title>

            <description><![CDATA[I am an experienced IT professional but new to Zamfoo. I subscribed to a Zamfoo Master Reseller account recently. The hosting company promptly moved all our accounts (40+) but put almost all of them all under the master. 

I can see all my accounts in whm. When I go to Zamfoo master reseller upgrade/downgrade menu, I can see all except my main (master reseller) account. 
(Perhaps the explanation for this is that the master account has to be owned by root.)

When I go to Zamfoo change account owner menu I can only see my own reseller accounts and the 3 cpanel accounts which are under a reseller. 

I have to organize all the 40+ accounts into a heirarchy of reseller and cpanel accounts. Here are the problems:

Since I cannot see any of the (38) cpanel accounts which are in tthe main whm in the 'change account owner' menu I cannot move them under another reseller.

Since I cannot see the main (master reseller account) in the change account owner menu, I cannot move a cpanel account presently under a reseller back to master reseller to make it a reseller.

Is this normal? Need help to sort things out.

            <description><![CDATA[OK, one more questions before swicth to paid lisence and make it live to my clients.

I tried account creation via WHMCS and works just fine. Created a test alpha account and under this alpha account, I tested to create master, master tested to create regular account etc..all works just fine.

But when I tried to suspend it using whmcs action, it's only suspend the alpha account and the account under direct alpha account (master account). But the whole sub account under it's master and regular whm account still active.

Already insert data below into zamfoo_whmcs_data.php
#username=root
#password=server-root-passwordhere
#suspend=entireaccount
#unsuspend=entireaccount

or username and password which is listed into zamfoo_configure_global_settings.cgi

None of them can work.

If I uncomment the above data, the whmcs become blank. Any idea?

I have correct reseller ACL, and package name listed in the WHMCS product.
(Actually that is all I have listed in the package)

I don't see anywhere in WHMCS where it has the option, for user to own their account?

BAD FILE: Fixed /home/myuser/.zamfoo/autogrant_whm
BAD FILE: Fixed /home/myuser/.zamfoo/ip_nameservers
BAD FILE: Fixed /home/myuser/.zamfoo/settings_defaultacl
BAD FILE: Fixed /home/myuser/.zamfoo/settings_acl

The Audit fixes the BAD FILES but what do I have configured wrong to make them bad to begin with?

I was thinking of creating a cron to run
/cgi/zamfoo/zamfoo_audit_for_problems.cgi
a few times a day, is this a bad idea?

She is able to add accounts with WHMCS > although only cPanel accounts.
I checked her configuration and she has;

1.The WHM package names match WHMCS and Zamfoo Autogrant > customer_master
2.Her WHM username and password in the Zamfoo Configuration Settings
3.Has Use WHMCS to Autogrant in Configuration Settings
4.Has the Zamfoo Hook files installed in www/whmcs/include/hooks
4.Although she doesn't have an ACL to put in WHMCS is this ok?

Now I want to move the alpha account to another server. Is there a way to backup the whole thing all accounts so they stay in order and then move to another server?

If not with zamfoo any other program.  And no I do not have root access.

i order yesterday and when i entering to my server i get suspenden lisence

when i click Z amFoo: Root Reseller, it is show  :

i am on a server and my administrator has alpha reseller and he gave me master reseller and i have 1000mb disk space usage limit and on configure settings i unchecked Allow overselling, so i made an package with 1mb disk space usage and created a whm account but when i accessed the WHM account i created a unlimited package and created a cpanel account and it let the account do that even though it doesent have the overselling permsiion.

I own an Alpha account and created a Master account. When the Master account creates a reseller, no WHM panels shows up for the new resellers account.

What is a step-by-step process to fix this problem?

Also, in my Alpha features manager, should there be anything in there about creating WHM panels when I create a NEW feature for a pakcage?

I host with other people also and I'm even on another server 
Duomarkets has and the migration tool works fine. Just not
on the server with IP 95.211.129.237.
 
 
Duomarkets says they have contacted you but have not
heard back from you yet. I'm pretty shocked if they
have that you haven't replied or fixed the problem yet.
 
I read a lot of BBS (forums) and I have heard nothing
but good stuff about Zamfoo and their support.

Anyway this is why I'm asking the question. 
 
Have you been contacted by Duomarkets about the problem?

Does Zamfoo able to limit the number of sub-reseller creation?

For example,
Alpha Reseller - Can only create up to 10 Master Reseller. Alpha Reseller itself can limit its Master Reseller create up to 5 Regular Reseller.

Master Reseller - Can only create up to 10 Regular Reseller. Master Reseller itself can limit its Regular Reseller create up to 10 cPanel.

Above are only some examples, there are many other settings. Hope you can understand what I try to explain.

Say if an alpha reseller has a disk quota of 300gb and they create a package with 800gb of disk space, do there clients disk usage apply to the resellers quota so if a resellers client is using 200gb the resellers quota is 200gb/300gb even if there only using say 2gb. I dont know if I made any sense I hope so.
