Installation Instructions for ZamFoo: Reseller
Update License Key:
If you need to update your key from a trial version key to a paid license key simply update the license key file with your new key by running the following command in ssh then following the directions in the license key file:
nano /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/zamfoo/zamfoo_reseller_license_key.php
or
vi /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/zamfoo/zamfoo_reseller_license_key.php
Installation means you have never installed the software before and SHOULD ONLY BE DONE ONE TIME. EVERY TIME AFTER IS A REINSTALL OR AN UPDATE. To install follow these instructions:
1) Connect to your machine via an ssh client such as putty
Putty can be dowloaded at http://www.zamfoo.com/downloads/putty.exe
2) Run the following code:
cd /
tar -xvf zamfoo_installer.tar
chmod 755 runme.cgi
./runme.cgi
Then follow the directions in the license key. The license key is located in Client Zone and was sent to you via email.

ReInstall/Update Instructions for ZamFoo: Reseller
ReInstall/Update means you are wiping the script files but not the data files, pulling the new script files from the ZamFoo server and installing just the script files. DO NOT UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL, YOU WILL LOSE ALL OF YOUR DATA. YOU MUST UNINSTALL AND THEN UPDATE. To uninstall-reinstall/update follow these instructions:
To completely uninstall run ./zamfoo_uninstall_everything.cgi from ssh. This will uninstall all data files and all script files. you will still need to remove your
